Rental terms
- To secure and confirm the reservation, an advance payment of 30% of the total reservation amount is required.
- The remaining amount of 70% from the total reservation price will be charged 60 days before arrival.
- The guest can cancel for free 60 or more days before arrival.
- If cancelled within 60 days before arrival, the guest will be refunded 100% of the total amount paid.
- If the guest does not show up on the arrival date, we will not refund the paid amount.
- The deposit is 300,00 € and must be paid upon arrival.
- Gosti prilikom rezervcije odnosno prihvaćanja uvjeta najma apartmana obvezuju se poštivati kućni red , sve stvari i namještaj u apartmanu te izvan njega, tišinu od 23-07, poštivati pravila korištenja bazen i hidromasažnog bazena ( hot tub) što u praksi znači ne ulaziti u hidromasažni bazen, niti bazen za plivanje dok na tijelu imaju sredstva koja mogu narušiti kvalitetu vode. ( kreme za sunčanje, losioni za tijelo) . Bazen je raspoloživ za korištenje od travnja do kraja rujna, a hidromasažna kada od travnja do kraja listopada. Iznimno u slučaju vanjskih temepartura od preko 20 stupnjeva bazen se zagrijava do temp 26 stupnjeva te ga je moguće koristiti u ožujku i listopadu uz noćno pokrivanje prekrivačem koji će biti dostupan uz bazen.
